What Our Clients Say About Us
Chanelle K2024-10-13 Went on the carnival splendor. Service is impeccable. The staff were always friendly, helpful and they work very hard. The ship is very clean and the staff are constantly working. Will definitely be back Bec2024-09-30 A wonderful holiday! thank you.. Cant wait to cruise again. Ashika Gulati2024-09-27 Disappointing Experience on Carnival Splendor – Far Below Expectations This was my second time sailing with Carnival, and I had high expectations after an excellent experience on Carnival Spirit. Unfortunately, my recent trip on Carnival Splendor was a complete disaster from start to finish. While some of the staff were pleasant and genuinely tried to make the experience better, the majority of the service was disorganized and inconsistent. The food was a real hit or miss — sometimes decent, but often subpar. The level of organization throughout the cruise was appalling, and it felt like there was no real effort in delivering the quality experience I had hoped for. To make matters worse, my phone was stolen near guest services, and rather than receiving proper support from security, I was given a suspicious story that my phone had been "taken into custody." It felt like they were covering up the incident rather than helping resolve it. The lack of transparency and accountability was incredibly frustrating. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with this cruise, and it’s safe to say that it didn’t live up to the standards set by my previous Carnival experience. I expected better, and after this nightmare of a trip, I’m seriously reconsidering sailing with Carnival again. Ozzie Oz2024-09-26 Spent a week on luminos going from Brisbane down to Sydney it was supposed to go to Cairns but was cancelled due to a cyclone. We still had a great time. The boat is ageing and I believe it’s gonna be retired shortly once Allianz merge with his parent company, but all the same we had a great time. The food was okay much much the same. The pizzas were good. The shows were average. They use the people as their entertainment rather than providing it probably wouldn’t go on that boat again but as it’s gonna be retired, it doesn’t matter. Chris Shelly2024-09-19 We recently cruised with Carnival Splendor. Where do I begin? 1. Water on the floor in the cabin; it took them 48 hours to give us a blower to dry it out. 2. This meant we had no refrigerator for 2 days while the blower ran, as the fridge power point was the only one a blower would fit. 3. There was no air conditioning in the cabin until Day 5, despite repeatedly going to the Guest Services desk. Pretty hot sail in Singapore and Indonesia. Hard to sleep. 4. A schooner, which usually costs around $7.50 at a club, Carnival, charge you $12.50. Or, you could pay $132.00 per day for a drinks package per person!! 5. Food very average, not dreadful but nothing to write home about. 6. It took about three and a half hours of queuing to embark. 7. When we handed in our passports, we were not given any receipts for them. That's not good. Then the visas inside went missing and Carnival Guest Services claimed we never supplied them. So the Indonesian government charged the ship $50.00 for new visas and the ship passed these costs on to us. We could show the email confirming visas were purchased before embarking and the deduction from my bank, but the ship staff still did not believe us. Regarding certain issues, we were compensated eventually but it took a lot of arguments, complaints, wasted holiday time demanding at GUEST SERVICES desk, hours and hours. Other passengers were also made to pay for new visas and also had to fight for compensation. There were, in fact, too many issues to mention. Would I use that company again? No chance, ever. Flavio Rodrigues2024-09-11 My wife, a couple of friends and I need to change our international cruise trip to a trip within Australia. Carnival charged a fine for changing the travel package of $198 for my friends and $500 for me and my wife. We are talking about the same cruise, buying the same type of cabin on the same day. Carnival stole $302 from me with this fine. I have the proof and no one wants to solve my problem. Be careful with Carnival. The customer service team is bad-natured and dishonest. Lulliany Alves2024-09-11 WE WERE ROBBED BY CARNIVAL We purchased a 9-night international cruise for September and needed to change the date. The attendant took advantage of the fact that we do not speak English very well and changed our cruise to a 4-night domestic cruise for the same price.. We tried several times to resolve the issue and everyone we were able to contact said they could not help but they also did not give us any guidance on what we should do or the contact details of anyone who could help.
